How to Redeem Points:
- Points do not need to be redeemed with an order, however shipping & handling charges will apply unless redeemed with a qualifying order (see Shipping & Returns policies for details). For Subscribe & Save users make sure to redeem your free product before your next scheduled shipment date.
- Points do not expire and will roll over, however after 1,000 points are accumulated we encourage you to redeem them. If points go unredeemed after 1 year a 30-day expiration notification will be sent to your email assigned to the account. If points are still not redeemed within those 30-days, they will expire.
- Points cannot be shared or transferred.
